Welcome to this wiki-toolbox that serves as a shared work space for researchers, non-governmental organizations and local agencies interested in a dialogue on the role of schools in alleviating the impact on students ofdisadvantages created by poverty, geography, and other determinants. This dialogue will centre on school-based and school-linked programs in Canada and internationally that make a difference in disadvantaged communities, by taking a coordinated and comprehensive approach.
